700 Series detectors continually monitor their own sensitivity and operational status. Once a day they perform a full diagnostic test that includes dynamically testing the sensing chamber and internal electronics. The DP721I is an optical smoke detector with field exchangable optical chamber and remote indicator output facilities. Automatic self diagnostics: Dynamic full detector and sensitivity testManual self diagnostic with visual sensitivity indicationField sensitivity testing without external metersField exchangeable and disposable optical chamberHigh false alarm immunityFloating background with drift compensationSeparate fire and fault LED12 - 24 VDC operationPolarity insensitiveFull range: optical, heat and optical/heat multi criteria sensorEN54 approved

The DB702 is a conventional fire detector base used for all 700 series conventional fire detectors. It includes a normally closed continuity switch to allow for easy cable testing during installation. Inserting a detector into the base “opens" the continuity switch in the base to allow for standard open circuit monitoring. A locking mechanism implementation in conjunction with the detector allows for the detector to be safeguarded against unauthorized removal. The DP721RTA is a multi-sensor detector (optical enhanced by heat) with field exchangeable optical chamber and local relay output facilities. This detector will automatically reset when the fire alarm condition has been removed. 700 Series detectors continually monitor their own sensitivity and operational status. Once a day they perform a full diagnostic test that includes dynamically testing the sensing chamber and internal electronics.

The DT713-5 is a Class A2 temperature detector with a fixed temperature threshold of 56°C and built in rate-or-rise functionality. The 700 series detectors continually monitor their own sensitivity and operational status. Once a day they perform a full diagnostic test.
